Key Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for our valued clients, delivering top-notch support with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Maintain high standards of service by promptly resolving issues raised via phone or email.
Quickly assess the priority of each issue and ensure resolution within agreed SLAs.
Demonstrate your understanding of PC hardware, accessories, and connections to provide comprehensive support.
Showcase your excellent customer service skills and ability to multitask, ensuring all tickets are managed efficiently.
Experience Required:
Minimum of 1 year experience on a Help Desk, demonstrating your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in troubleshooting LAN networks and Wi-Fi, with an understanding of network protocols and configurations.
Previous exposure to ticketing systems and Active Directory on Windows Server platforms.
Familiarity with Exchange Online and PC hardware components.
Strong customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional support experiences.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic support environment.
Requirements:
Must be located within commuting distance of Doncaster.
