1st Line Support/Technical Support Engineer

£23,000 – £26,000 (DOE) + Company Benefits

The Junior Technical Support Specialist is focused on helping customers resolve their issues and triaging technical issues and feature requests before handing them over to the developer.

You'll be learning all about how their products work and play a crucial role in interfacing between the customers and the developers.

Responsibilities:

* 1st Line Support Engineer tasked with answering product-related customer queries via phone and e-mail.

* Resolving simple technical issues for our customers.

* Prioritising technical product issues.

* Handing over clear information to developers about bugs and change requests.

* Participate in daily/weekly sprint meetings with the team.

Key Skills:

* Excellent customer communication skills.

* Some experience in customer-facing interaction.

* Some experience with Web technologies (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

* As a Technical Support Engineer will ideally have some knowledge of C# and .NET framework.

* Passion for learning.

** Remote working, anywhere with a time zone no more than 2 hours difference from the UK.
