Description:

Requirement for a 1st Line Support Engineer for an MSP in Carnaby, London. This is a great opportunity to get in with a fast-growing MSP, initially supporting their in-house infrastructure and team.

This is a part-time role initially, leading to a full-time permanent position after an initial contract period. The main responsibility will be supporting the in-house team with all software and hardware related issues. You will be supporting 10-20 users on site in their office in Carnaby, London.

Details:
1st Line Support Engineer
Temp-perm agreement.
£15/hour (weekly pay)
Part time (20 hours per week)
5 days per week (4 hours per day)

Ideally you will have experience with the following…
Office 365 / Windows
1st Line Desktop Support
IT hardware support
Troubleshooting
Laptop and desktop support
