Description:
We're looking for a 1st Line IT Support Engineer to join a small, friendly IT team, providing day-to-day technical support to users across the business.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their IT career in a varied, hands-on environment.
Please note, this role is fully office based in Fareham. On-site parking is available.
The Role
Provide 1st line support across hardware, software, Microsoft 365 and user accounts
Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, escalating more complex problems where required
Set up equipment, onboard users and provide general technical support
Requirements
Previous experience in a 1st line / service desk / IT support role
Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Desirable
Active Directory / Azure AD
Basic networking knowledge
Experience with VoIP, hardware or business systems
