Job Title: 1st Line Support

Location: Bury St Edmunds

Salary: £25,000 per annum

We are excited to be supporting a leading company in there sector, as they look to continue to grow. They are currently looking for a 1st Line Support to join their customer service team.

Role Overview:

You will be the first point of contact for their customers, listening to the issue they are having, logging notes on to the CRM. Due to the nature of the role you will need to have exceptional customer service skills.

Role Responsibilities:

Be the first point of contact for all inbound calls, service requests and issues.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure resources are allocated for upgrades and installs.
Escalate to the correct team member or department.
Ensure detailed notes are logged on to the companies CRM.

Skills:

Have exceptional customer service skills with clear and effective communication skills both written and verbal.
Experience working with a CRM, SAP or within a SAAS environment.
IT Support experience is not required but would be desirable.

Salary & Location:

This role is fully onsite in Bury St Edmunds
Monday - Friday
Salary up to £25,000 per annum DOE
