IT 1st Line Support Apprentice
Location: Milton Keynes (Central)
Apprenticeship Level: Level 3 IT Support Technician
Salary: £10,296 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Work Environment: Office-based

Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1st line support both onsite and remotely to assist the technical team.
Respond to helpdesk requests and manage help desk calls, logging, and tracking issues.
Perform hardware and software repairs in a workshop setting.
Install hardware and software as needed.
Document and report on network activities.
Assist in sourcing spare parts and replacement equipment.
Support the technical team with maintenance tasks and installations.Desired Skills and Attributes:
