1st Line Customer Support

Bury St Edmunds (onsite)

Up to £25,000 per annum

A leading software company is looking for a passionate 1st Line Application Support Engineer to join their team.

You will be responsible for being the 1st point of contact to all end users, including logging cases and reports.

Responsibilities:

1st Line Support- logging service incident requests
Upgrades/Installations/Troubleshooting of bespoke software
Escalating issues to Customer Support Manager
Assist Support Team with day-to-day duties

Working hours: Monday- Friday 9am-5pm.

This position would be the great next step for a Junior Support Engineer looking to progress in their career and gain further experience within different industries.

Interviews will be taking place from Monday 8th April.
