GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced 1:1 Tutor to work in Doncaster, focusing on students who exhibit challenging behaviour.
Job Summary:
This role requires a patient and resilient individual who can provide tailored educational support to help students achieve their potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 tutoring to students with challenging behaviour.
Develop and implement individualized learning plans.
Monitor and assess students' progress, adapting teaching methods as necessary.
Build strong, positive relationships with students to foster a supportive learning environment.
Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best educational outcomes for students.
The successful candidate will:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
Proven experience working with students who have challenging behaviour.
Strong classroom management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire students.
Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude.
