Do you have a passion for supporting young learners and making a difference in their educational journey? Aspire People is seeking a compassionate and dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a reception child with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and mobility issues at a primary school in Great Barr, Sandwell.
As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Provide Individualized Support: Work closely with a reception child, offering tailored assistance to meet their specific educational and developmental needs.
* Foster Engagement: Use creative strategies to engage the child in learning activities, adapting materials to suit their needs.
* Promote Independence: Encourage and assist the child in developing essential life skills, promoting confidence and independence.
* Ensure Mobility and Safety: Support the child with mobility issues, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the school day.
* Collaborate with Staff: Work with teachers, SEN coordinators, and therapists to implement and monitor personalized learning plans.
