Position: 1:1 Teaching Assistant
Contract: Full-time (5 days per week)
Salary: £75-£90per day
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support across KS1 at a school in Kidderminster, Worcestershire. The successful candidate will work closely with the student, providing tailored support to enhance their learning experience.
Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 support across KS1, ensuring they are fully engaged in learning.
Work closely with the classroom teacher to implement induvial learning plans.
Monitor the students progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.Requirements:
Experience: Experience within the last 5 years working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
Qualifications: No formal qualifications required; your experience and dedication matter most.
Compassion: A genuine care for the well-being and development of young learners.
Enthusiasm: Bring your positive energy and passion for education to the classroom.
