Immediate Start | Up to £105 Per Day PAYE | Umbrella Available
Complete Classroom Services is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil in a school in Leighton Buzzard, with an immediate start available.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and committed to helping pupils overcome barriers to learning, build confidence and reach their full potential.
The Role
* Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a pupil, helping them access learning and engage with classroom activities.
* Support the class teacher in delivering an inclusive and positive learning environment.
* Adapt support to meet the pupil's individual educational, social and emotional needs.
* Encourage positive behaviour, independence and participation in school life.
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff to promote the pupil's progress and wellbeing.
The Ideal Candidate
* Has experience working with children in an educational or support setting.
* Demonstrates patience, empathy and a proactive approach.
* Has strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Is confident supporting individual learning and behavioural needs.
* Is reliable, adaptable and committed to making a positive difference.
