A primary school in Penarth is looking to welcome a 1:1 ALN Teaching Assistant to their team from September.
This role involves providing consistent support to one pupil throughout the school day, helping them access learning, develop confidence and become more independent within the classroom.
What Your Day Could Look Like
Supporting a pupil during lessons and structured activities
Adapting learning resources where necessary
Encouraging communication and participation
Helping implement behaviour and emotional regulation strategies
Liaising with the class teacher and ALNCo
Celebrating progress, no matter how small

What's Included?
