Location: Oldham
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children and supporting their educational journey? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one support to a student with specific educational needs.
Assist in the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs).
Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
Foster a positive and supportive relationship with the student.
Aid in classroom activities and support the class teacher.
Monitor and track the progress of the student.
Collaborate with the school's Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) and other staff members.
Ensure the safety and well-being of the student at all times.Qualifications and Skills:
Experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
A relevant teaching assistant qualification is desirable but not essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help students succeed.
