Responsibilities

* Provide dedicated 1:1 assistance to a student, adapting teaching methods to meet their individual needs.

* Help create a stimulating learning environment, encouraging the student’s academic and personal growth.

* Work closely with teachers and SENCO to implement tailored learning plans.

* Track and report on the student’s development and progress, ensuring their needs are met effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

* Previous experience working with children, particularly those with SEND, is essential.

* A caring nature and the ability to build positive relationships with students.

Requirements:

* Enhanced DBS check

* Previous experience in a school setting

* Relevant teaching or education qualification

* Understanding of SEND, particularly with SEMH, is advantageous
