September Start | Full-Time | Up to £105 per day PAYE
We are working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Kettering, committed to providing a supportive and engaging learning environment where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential. The school places a strong emphasis on positive relationships, nurturing confidence and ensuring pupils receive the individual support they need to thrive.
Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join the school from September.
The Role
Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a pupil
Support the pupil's learning, development and wellbeing
Work closely with the class teacher and wider school team
Encourage positive engagement and participation in learning
Help create a supportive, inclusive and positive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role
Experience providing 1:1 support is desirable
Patient, nurturing and confident in supporting individual needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine commitment to supporting children's educational development
