The Role - 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant
As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide dedicated support to a Year 5 pupil with ASD, helping them access the curriculum and participate confidently in classroom activities. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement personalised learning strategies, encourage independence, and support both academic and social development. The successful candidate will be caring, adaptable, and committed to making a positive impact on children with SEN. Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN is essential.
