Location: Wantage, Oxfordshire
Hours: 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Part-time hours considered for the right candidate)

Role Overview: TimePlan Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Wantage, Oxfordshire. This role involves providing tailored support to a nursery student with spina bifida, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care and education.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 support for a nursery student with spina bifida.
Assist in implementing individual education plans (IEPs) under the guidance of the SENCO.
Support the student in accessing the primary curriculum.
Develop and maintain a positive and trusting relationship with the student.
Communicate effectively with the SENCO, teachers, and parents to ensure the student's needs are met.
Adapt teaching materials and strategies to suit the student's learning style and abilities.
Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.Ideal Candidate:
Experience working with Special Educational Needs (SEN) (desirable).
Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the student.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
Understanding of the primary curriculum.
Collaborative and able to work effectively alongside the SENCO and other staff members.
Possess a DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one.Benefits:
