1:1 Learning Support Assistant

Full-time - £83.33 - £90 per day - September 2024

We are working with a fantastic Primary school in Rainham, recruiting for a 1:1 LSA to work with a Pupil in Year 5 with SEN. The role will involve supporting a student with SEMH who has challenging behaviour and a key skill that will pay dividends in this position is your ability to build positive relationships.

If you have some experience working with children with SEN or challenging behaviour and want to have an immediate impact on a child's life in a positive way, then this could be the role that allows you to do that! The school is easily accessible via public transport and has onsite parking,

Requirements

Experience working as an LSA/SEN Teaching Assistant would be highly desirable.
Holding a L2 or L3 Teaching Assistant qualification would be highly desirable but not essential.
Experience working with children with SEN within an education, pastoral, or personal setting would be highly desirable
Either have, or be willing to get, an enhanced DBS on the update service.
Must have right to work in the UK
