Your new role
As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will provide tailored support to a pupil throughout the school day, working closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver an engaging and inclusive learning experience.
Provide one-to-one support for a pupil within a primary school setting.
Assist with learning activities in and out of the classroom.
Support pupils with SEND, including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs.
Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and engagement in learning.
Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
Support the emotional, social, and educational development of the child.What you'll need to succeed
Experience working with children in a school, childcare, or support setting is desirable.
A patient, caring, and nurturing approach.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A passion for supporting children to achieve their full potential.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
