We are looking for a committed and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our inclusive and supportive team.
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to provide personalised 1-1 support for a nursery-aged child with spina bifida.
The successful applicant will be:
Able to form effective relationships with children
Able to accurately assess risk and support to ensure safety
Able to work effectively within a team
Able to work flexibly and use their own initiative
Able to communicate effectively with children and adults both verbally and in writing
Able to liaise effectively with external agencies with the support of the SENCOThe successful applicant should have a good idea understanding of working with children with special educational needs, medical/ health needs.
Location : Wantage , Oxfordshire
Monday-Friday 32.5 hours a week
