About the Role:

As a 1-1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing tailored support and guidance to a primary age pupil who has ASD and some physical needs. Your compassionate and patient approach will foster a positive learning environment where the pupil can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

In addition to your 1-1 support responsibilities, there will be opportunities for you to demonstrate your flexibility by assisting across the wider school. Our pupils, aged between 5 and 16, attend separate lower and upper schools and have diverse needs, including ASD, ADHD, trauma-based needs, and SEMH. Your ability to adapt and provide support to various age groups and needs will be valued and appreciated.
