Job Description: We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 1 (KS1) Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting teaching and learning in Key Stage 1 classrooms, assisting teachers and contributing to the overall development of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in Key Stage 1.
Provide one-to-one and small group support to students, reinforcing learning concepts and assisting with activities.
Assist in the preparation and organisation of classroom resources and materials.
Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, supporting classroom management and behaviour.
Build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents to support the academic and personal development of pupils.Requirements:
Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, particularly in Key Stage 1, is advantageous but not essential.
Passion for education and a commitment to supporting the development of children in Key Stage 1.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate pupils.
