Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Assistant. The successful candidate will work closely with a child in Reception class who has a diagnosis of autism and experiences communication difficulties. Your role will be crucial in supporting the child's learning, development, and overall well-being.

The successful applicant will be:

Able to form effective relationships with children
Able to accurately assess risk and support to ensure safety
Able to work effectively within a team
Able to work flexibly and use their own initiative
Able to demonstrate an understanding of the Primary curriculum
Able to communicate effectively with children and adults both verbally and in writing
Able to liaise effectively with external agencies with the support of the SENCO8:30am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday (including 30 minutes unpaid lunch)

32.5 hours per week
